The audit is designed to give you a useful, sourced view of what is present and what deserves attention.
Understand where business information appears across reviewed public sources and what the actual coverage includes.
See whether key information about your identity, products, capabilities, and credentials is present and understandable.
Distinguish business statements from third-party support, checks, current validity, and items that still need confirmation.
Review discoverability, structure, machine readability, and the information routes available to AI agents.
Each dimension has its own scope and result. An unperformed check stays Not assessed; it is never silently treated as zero.
Public information distribution and source coverage.
A source list showing what was in scope, what was reviewed, and where coverage is limited.
The business entity, brand, website, and organizational identity.
Identity references with links and any unresolved relationship questions.
Products, services, capabilities, facilities, credentials, and business details.
A coverage map of information found, missing, or awaiting confirmation.
Claims, supporting material, checks, and the basis for confidence.
Claims kept distinct from third-party support, verification, and items needing review.
Differences across sources, updates, dates, validity, and conflicts.
Source-by-source differences and dates, without assuming that a conflict makes either source false.
Public page accessibility, indexability, and machine-readable structure.
Observed page access and structural signals within the declared review scope.
Only actual, recorded answers from AI systems that were tested.
Not assessed unless a real test is run; any future observation must name the system, question, time, answer, and sources.
Recognizable official information and public routes for external requests.
Visible information and request routes, with authority and access limits called out.
Every company, URL, date, and result below is invented to demonstrate report structure. Nothing here is a live scan, AI response, or customer result.
Illustrative sample · Synthetic data · No live review performed
Sample statement: “Northstar Components supplies industrial valve components.” Supports the product scope note in finding F-01.
Sample statement: “Machining and assembly services for industrial customers.” Supports the scope comparison in finding F-02.
Illustrative scope: two fictional public web pages. No external registry, search index, country-specific database, or AI system was queried. No internet-wide coverage is implied.
“Supplies industrial valve components” appears on the About page. Source: https://northstar.example/about · captured 2026-10-01 09:02 UTC (synthetic). Result: business statement identified; independent evidence not included in this example.
The Services page names machining and assembly, while the About page names component supply. These may describe different aspects of the business; the difference is a question to confirm, not proof that either page is false. Synthetic example only. A real report must identify its actual sources, timestamps, findings, scope, and limitations.
One can be assessed without making claims about the other. The report labels which work was actually performed.
Review public webpages, business materials, third-party records, and other permitted information sources within a declared scope. Examine coverage, identity, claims, evidence, freshness, and potential conflicts.
Only when an AI system is actually tested: name the system, question, answer time, business identification result, citations, and limitations. Otherwise the result is Not assessed.

Request a PilotIt is a proposed one-time assessment of how a business is represented across public information sources, including coverage, identity, completeness, evidence, consistency, discoverability, and agent interaction readiness. The paid report is not yet open; pilot enquiries do not start an audit.
No. The audit is about the wider business information landscape and its evidence. An AI visibility score or mention count cannot represent that landscape. Actual AI answers are included only when a real, documented test is performed.
The final scope and sources have not been set for a live service. A report must name the public pages and records actually reviewed, how they were accessed, and important coverage limits. This page does not promise particular providers, countries, or databases.
Not in this pre-launch Pilot enquiry flow. An AI Interpretation result must remain Not assessed unless an AI system was actually queried and its system, question, timestamp, answer, and citations were recorded.
No single public-source review proves every business claim. The report is designed to distinguish a business statement, supporting evidence, verification activity, and unresolved questions.
No. Public sources can be incomplete, inaccessible, changing, or outside a review's declared scope. The report should state what was checked and what was not.
The proposed price is $29 for one report, one time, with no subscription. This service is pre-launch; no payment is taken through this page and the price is not currently an available purchase.
A report is intended to give you source-backed findings and prioritized improvement ideas. Business Presence is a separate ongoing product for maintaining confirmed, traceable information; buying a report is not a prerequisite.
Send a pilot enquiry. No payment is taken, and no scan or report is generated.
Audit is a one-time view of public information, evidence, and improvement opportunities. Presence is the ongoing maintenance of business information the organization has confirmed, can trace, and authorizes for use. Response handles external questions and requests using information the business has authorized.
A $29 report is not a prerequisite for Business Presence.
